- 1 cup chopped tomatoes and their juice or canned chopped tomatoes

- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped (optional)

"These are what crab cakes are supposed to be like
- 8 saltine crackers, finely crushed
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)

- 4 lemons, zested and juiced
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut in chunks
