Heat oil and butter in a large skillet
- Servings 6
- 1 1⁄2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled, tails on, deveined
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Spicy Maryland Crab Dip

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- garlic powder to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 pound fresh crabmeat
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- Old Bay Seasoning TM to taste
Jalapeno Stuffed Chicken Breast

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Make a slit in the middle of each of the chicken breast, about an inch long
- 2 boneless chicken breast
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 1/3 c. jalapeno peppers, diced and deseeded (about 3 small jalapeno peppers)
- 1 c. flour
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 c. plain bread crumbs
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- butcher twine or toothpicks

Bring to boil, simmer 45 minutes Add ½ cup raw macaroni last 10 minutes
- 10 cups water
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 onion diced
- 4 potatoes cubed
- 4 large carrots bite sized
- 2 cans corned beef
- Bring to boil, simmer 45 minutes
- Add 1/2 cup raw macaroni last 10 minutes
Spinach and Chickpea Curry (5 ww pts)

Preparation Heat the butter in a 12-inch sauté pan over medium-high heat
- 1 TBSP light butter
- 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbs. finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 Tbs. curry powder
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- 1 15-oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 14-1/2-oz. can diced tomatoes
- Kosher salt
- 7 oz. (7 packed cups) baby spinach
