Mushroom Stuffed Cornish Game Hens

Trim mushrooms and chop fine
- 4 cornish game hens thawed , rinsed and dried
- 1 1/2 lb button mushrooms
- 2 TBS minced onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp tarragon
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Lemon juice
- 4 strips lean bacon
Orange Scented Beef Stir Fry

Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well
- 1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 TBS cornstarch
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- 2 TBS orange marmalade
- 1 TBS rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp to 1 1/2 tsp chile garlic sauce (to taste)
- canola oil
- 12 oz beef top sirloin trimmed and cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1 TBS minced fresh ginger
- 1 lg onion slivered
- 1 sm red pepper
- snow peas
- Serve over rice or you can pre cook pasta and add to dish
Mustard Sauce

Beat eggs slightly and add rest of ingredients
- 2 TBS dry mustarwd
- 1/2 sugar (scant)
- 2 Beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup canned milk
- 1 TBS butter
Basil Caesar Salmon

- For Bechamel Sauce
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- ground black pepper to taste

- 1 egg, beaten

Spicy Seafood Stew with Chorizo Sausage | Wishful Chef

Pour some olive oil in a large pot
- 1/2 cup spicy chorizo, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4-6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 large potato, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced (or can of diced tomatoes)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 4-5 cups fish stock (chicken or vegetable will also work)
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound bay scallops
- 1/2 pound squid, sliced into rings
- 1/2 pound fish, cubed (I used Arctic Char)
- salt and pepper, to taste
