White Castle-like Sliders

Evenly spread the onions on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish
- 1/2 cup dried onion flakes
- 2 pounds ground chuck- 80/20 ground beef
- 1/2 t. seasoned salt
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 24 small party rolls- I use Martin’s Potato Bread Party Rolls
- 24 dill pickle slices
Creamy White Chicken and Artichoke Lasagna

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine chicken, artichokes, tomatoes, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan
- 2 cups boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a Touch of PHILADELPHIA, divided
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup basil, chopped
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
Melt in Your Mouth Chicken

1 Mix mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Chicken Piccata - Giada De Laurentiis

- 2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, butterflied and then cut in half
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- All-purpose flour, for dredging
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup brined capers, rinsed
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Drain corn and tomatoes. Mix all together
- 1 can shoepeg corn
- 1 can rotel or fire roasted tomatoes

PANERA MAC & CHEESE

1. Prepare pasta according to package directions
- 1 (16-oz.) package small pasta shells
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
- 6 slices white American cheese, chopped
- 1 cup (8 oz.) shredded extra-sharp white cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- Paprika (optional)
Easy Yeast Rolls

Warm the milk to between 90 and 110 degrees F
- 1 cup whole milk (you can use other milk but whole milk makes the rolls the yummiest)
- 1/2 cup butter (one stick)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs (large)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cup bread flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
- (1 or 2 T water if needed)
- Note: save the butter wrapper in the fridge for later.

- Cookies:
- 1 1/2 stick of unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- Caramel:
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
