Easy Yeast Rolls

Warm the milk to between 90 and 110 degrees F
- 1 cup whole milk (you can use other milk but whole milk makes the rolls the yummiest)
- 1/2 cup butter (one stick)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs (large)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cup bread flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
- (1 or 2 T water if needed)

- 2 six-ounce chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (I used canned artichoke hearts, but frozen ones that have been thawed would be fine)
- 1/3 cup grated white cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Steak Fajitas

(works well with chicken, too, and I’ve actually done it with steak and chicken combined and it cooked great!)
- Thinly slice:
- uncooked flank or skirt steak (I use about 2lbs of flank steak that is already sliced)
- bell peppers (I use one large)
- onion (I use 1/2 of a large onion)
- Combine all in crock pot with
- one can drained Rotel (I use mild)
- one package of dry taco seasoning
- 1/4 about 1/4 cup flour
- 1 about 1 tsp corn starch
Pumpkin Banana Bread

How to make now- used 2 loaf pans 9×5 First turn your oven on to 350 and let it preheat
- 4 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of white granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons of ginger (ground preferred)
- 3-4 teaspoons of ground cinnamon (depends on your likes)
- 2 teaspoons of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of all spice
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs (large)
- 1 and half cups of ripe bananas mashed up
- 1 (16oz) can of pumpkin (pure not pie filling)
- 1/2 of vegetable oil
- walnuts if you want
Souper Chicken Tetrazzini

Mix soup, milk, onion, cheese, and sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, chopped finely
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken (can use turkey too)
- 1 small zucchini, cut in half and thinly sliced (optional - I never use it)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti

Mix well. Put in a lightly greased 9x13 pan and bake at 375* for 45 minutes

1. Measure your cereal into a large bowl and set aside
- 9 cups Rice Chex
- 1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Fresh Tomato Pie

Line a pie plate with pastry; flute edges and brush shell with evaporated milk
- Pastry for a 1-crust, 9-inch pie
- evaporated milk
- 4 cups sliced firm ripe tomatoes (squeeze gently to remove seeds)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt (omit)
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp dried basil (fresh taste best)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 large clove garlic, smashed and minced
Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Preheat oven to 325° F. Beat eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until foamy
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust, homemade or store-bought.
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 C white granulated sugar
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 3/4 C real butter, softened (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1 C chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark works best, you might find milk too sweet)
- 1 C chopped pecans (you are welcome to make it without nuts)
- Vanilla ice cream, or sweetened whipped cream for serving (a must! I prefer ice cream)
- optional: chocolate sauce (honestly, doesn't really need chocolate sauce, but it looks pretty!)
