In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the onion and the garlic in the olive oil

- 1 small onion, finely sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 8 artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1 1/4 cups canned diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat olive oil and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 onion, minced
- 2 or 3 TBSP flour
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1 cup heavy cream (1/2 &1/2)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Combine flour and pepper in large Ziploc bag
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thigh tenders or chicken breast tenders*
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
