Iced Lemon Cookies

1. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt
- For the cookies:
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, chilled
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
- 1 egg
- For the icing:
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons milk

Prepare rice according to package directions; keep warm
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 pounds skinned and boned chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
Reuben Sliders

In a mixing bowl, combine beef, salt, pepper and grated onion
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons grated onion from 1/2 small onion
- 1/2 pound corned beef, chopped
- 3 tablespoons grainy mustard
- EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil or vegetable oil, for drizzling
- 4 baby Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch dice

Small lemon bars
- For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 8 tablespoons cold butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- For the Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 cup whole milk
- To Complete:
- Confectioner’s sugar for dusting the tops
Basic Tomato BBQ Sauce

Cook the garlic and onion until it's soft, and then add all the rest of the ingredients
- 1 regular can of tomato sauce
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- fresh ground pepper to taste
Artichoke Dip

Blend everything then add artichokes
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and diced small
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 1 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t dried dill
- 1/2 t garlic powder

- 1/4 cup salt
- 2 tablespoon celery Seed
- 2 tablespoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon cayenne Pepper
- 2 tablespoon garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 quarts catsup
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 1 to 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
