Homemade Hamburger Buns

WW bread or hamburger buns
- 2 1/2 C warm water
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T enhancer
- 1/4 C gluten
- 2 T honey or agave
- 1 1/4 T yeast
- 3 C whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 t salt
- More flour will be added until bowl comes clean at sides.
Old Fashioned Fudge

1. In a large, heavy pot, place 1/2 stick of butter and put the other half on a large marble slab

- 4 C sugar
- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 C evaporated milk
- 1/4 C water
- 2 T Karo syrup

- Caramel Topping:
- 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium tart apples, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
- Caramel Topping, heated
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Chicken and Cheese Enchilada Chowder

In a 3 1/2 to 5 quart slow cooker, combine drained beans, drained tomatoes, corn, onion, and bell pepper
- 1 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 10-ounce package frozen whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow, green, or red bell pepper
- 1 10-ounce can enchilada sauce
- 1 10.75-ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded Pepperjack cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 4 chicken breasts

- Crust Topping:
- 1 C flour
- 1 C sugar
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 egg beaten
- Filling:
- 2 T flour
- 3/4 C sugar
- 4-5 C blackberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 stick melted butter

- Pepper relish:
- 1 1/2 lb.Roast Beef, or stew meat
- 1 T olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T garlic, chopped
- Bake until tender, can be done ahead, and in pressure cooker.
- 3 red yellow, or orange bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 2/3 C sugar
- 1/2 C vinegar
- Simmer for about 45 minutes on medium, sir constantly.
- Au Jus sauce:
- 6 medium onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 4 T butter
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 t thyme
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 POUND unsalted butter
- 1 POUND plus 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips (We find that Hershey's chocolate chips work very well)
