- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1/4 t kosher salt

- 1 c butter, room temp
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 2 T milk
- Topping
- 3 c shredded coconut
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 T milk
- 12 oz dark or semi sweet chocolate
