Cook pasta as directed on package
- 1 package (16 oz) bow-tie (farfalle) pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
- 1 cup plain yogurt (from 32-oz container)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 to 3 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 1/4 cups freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

Cook meat, onion & green pepper until meat is done; drain
- 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked & drained
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1-4 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 c.(12 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
