Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil for cooking pasta
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice, juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 16 ounces whole-wheat fettuccine, or spaghetti (see Ingredient note)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, (2 ounce)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil, divided
No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
