Slow-Cooker Sausage and Egg Breakfast Casserole

1 Line sides of 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with foil that has been folded into thirds; spray with cooking spray
- 12 eggs
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- 1 cup shredded Colby cheese (4 oz)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 bag (20 oz) refrigerated cooked shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage, cooked, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers or chopped red bell pepper
White Cranberry Martini

- 2 oz White Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz. Gin or Vodka

Amazing Pork Chops in Cream Sauce

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 8 boneless pork chops
- salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
Ginger Orange Beer Cocktail

Serves 2 Combine the ginger, water and sugar in a small saucepan
- 1 2 inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons orange liquer
- 2 bottles of light beer (I use Pacifico)

How to make the Francophile Cocktail Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan
- 1 oz Calvados (apple brandy)
- 1.5 oz Rioja wine
- .5 oz Cinnamon Syrup*
- .25 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz Water
Peach Fizz Jello Shots

Instructions Place your plastic cups in a single layer on a baking sheet for easy transporting
- 1 tablespoon (1 envelope) unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup Alizé Peach Vodka
- 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda or champagne (an asti would be great here)
- 10 2-ounce plastic cups with lids
- 1 yellow peach, pitted and thinly sliced (optional)
