Southern Praline Bars

Instructions Preheat oven to 350ºF
- 18-20 whole graham crackers, about 2 sleeves
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 cups butter, 3 sticks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups roughly chopped pecans

Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into cubes (cold)
- 1 pound apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbls cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into cubes (cold)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Cranberry Sage Glazed Grilled Chicken Thighs

Into a large sauce pan heat cranberry juice over medium heat
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- kosher salt/pepper
- 3-4 fresh sage leaves
- Tyson fresh chicken thighs (bone in) - skin removed

Snickerdoodle Martini

Instructions Using two small plates, pour honey on one and cinnamon sugar on the other
- Cinnamon Sugar (I use 3 parts sugar to one part cinnamon)
- Honey
- 3 oz. half and half
- 1 oz. RumChata
- 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka (such as Absolut Vanilla)
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- Dash Cinnamon
Amish Style Chicken and Corn Soup (Ww Core)

- 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 8 -10 ounces skinless chicken breasts or 8 -10 ounces skinless chicken thighs

- 1 ⁄2 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 ⁄2 celery, coarsely chopped

- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (or more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Bourbon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
