Family Favorite Clam Chowder

Place vegetables in a large saucepan; add reserved clam juice and bottled clam juice
- 3 to 4 c. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 c. onion, diced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 6-1/2 oz. can minced clams, drained and juice reserved
- 8-oz. bottle clam juice
- 3/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 qt. half-and-half
- 1/2 t. sugar
- 1-1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
BB King's BBQ Ribs

Dry Spice Rub: In a jar combine all ingredients well and store in a dry place, covered, until ready to use
- Ribs:
- 2 Pounds Pork Loin Ribs
- Dry Spice Rub (recipe follows)
- 4 cups canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- Dry Spice Rub:
- 1 cup chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons seasoned salt
Ground Beef and Mushroom Carbonara

1 In 4-quart Dutch oven, cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package
- 12 oz uncooked spaghetti
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (3 cups)
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 pasteurized eggs, beaten
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
CREAMY THREE CHEESE COOKING SAUCE

- 1 sm. can evaporated milk
- 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Chipotle-Glazed Ribs

1. In small bowl, stir together chili powder, 1 tbsp
- For the Rub:
- 3 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp., plus 1 tsp. GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, divided
- 1 tbsp. packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. GOYA® Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 racks baby back ribs (about 2 lbs. each), patted dry with paper towels
- For the Glaze:
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp. sauce and 2 chiles, finely chopped from 1 can (7 oz.) GOYA® Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce
- 3 tbsp. honey

Portuguese Bean Soup

This Portuguese dish is a deliciously hearty and rustic soup
- 2 ham hocks
- 1 10-ounce mild Portuguese sausage, thickly sliced
- 1 chorizo sausage, peeled and broken into pieces
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 quarts water (8 cups)
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 celery rib, chopped
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 1 (15-ounce) can whole stewed tomatoes, broken with your hands
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup elbow macaroni
- 3 to 4 cups cabbage, roughly cut
- 2 (15-ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookies
- 2/3 cup hazelnut flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 tablespoon whipping cream

Savory Bacon Bites

Wrap each onion wedge in a bacon slice
- 2 sweet onions, each sliced into 8 wedges
- 8 thick slices hickory-smoked bacon, cut in half
- 8 6-inch wooden skewers, soaked in water
- 2 T. brown sugar, packed
- 2 T. balsamic vinegar
- 1 T. molasses
