Very Vanilla Lemon Tarts

Heat oven to 400°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with Parchment Paper
- 1/2 1/2 10-oz cup lemon curd (from 10-oz jar)
- 6 6 6 teaspoons Clear Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 1/4 4 cup plus 4 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1 1 1 box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 1 1 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 2 2 8 (2 teaspoons grated peel, 2 teaspoons juice and 8 lemon peel curls)
Banana and Rum

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan and add the crushed digestive biscuits, stirring to coat them well
- 3 1/2 oz unsalted butter
- 7 oz digestive biscuits, crushed
- 3 large ripe bananas, sliced
- 5 oz dark sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp grated nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml coconut cream
- 3 tbsp dark rum
- 12 fl oz whipping cream
- 3 oz golden icing sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla paste or extract
- 1 1/2 oz dark chocolate, grated
Dreamy Tiramisu

In a small bowl, combine water, coffee granules, liqueur, and vanilla; stir to dissolve the coffee, then set aside
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1/4 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 (8-ounce) containers mascarpone cheese (see Note)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups (1 pint) heavy cream
- 2 (3-ounce) packages ladyfingers (you may have a few extra)
- 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
Cheesy Chicken Bake

Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions; drain
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, undrained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups chopped cooked rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
Sesame Lo Mein

- 1 pound thin spaghetti
- 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 2 pkgs (8.8 oz each) Uncle Ben's® Ready Rice® Original White Rice
- 1 can (8 oz each) Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained, chopped
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 3/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters® Original
Ham and Scalloped Potato Casserole

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except crackers; mix well

- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 cups butter-flavored crackers, coarsely crushed
Sweet Chocolate Braided Bread

1. Mix about one cup of the flour, the yeast, and the heated water until smooth
