No Bake Snickers Pie

Beat together the condensed milk, cream cheese and caramel until completely smooth
- 1 chocolate cookie pie crust or graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
- 2 cups fresh whipped cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup caramel topping, plus 1 tablespoon for drizzling
- 3 Snickers Bars, roughly chopped
Chicken Marsala Pot Pie

1 Heat oven to 400°F. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (about 5 oz)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
Seven Layer Chicken Enchilada Dip

1 In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 box Hamburger Helper™ cheesy enchilada
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend or Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeño chiles
- 1 tomato, diced
- Tortilla chips, as desired

1. In a large bowl, mix together vinegar, adobo, pepper and oregano
- 1/4 cup Distilled White Vinegar, or Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. GOYA® Adobo with Pepper
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaf
- 2 tbsp. Corn Oil
- 6 4-6-oz. cube steaks, pounded to 1/4” thickness
- 3 large yellow onions, sliced into 1/4” rounds

Toasted Chicken Salad Bagels

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except bagels and chips
- 6 c. deli roast chicken, chopped
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. almonds, chopped and toasted
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. onion, grated
- 1 t. salt
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 12 bagels, sliced
- 2 c. potato chips, crushed
Italian Sausage Melt

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray bottom of 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tablespoons very hot water
- 1/2 lb bulk spicy Italian pork sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup Alfredo pasta sauce (from 16-oz jar)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
Honeyed Apple Treat

Combine apples and granola in a slow cooker
- 4 tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 2 c granola with fruit and nuts
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- Garnish: whipped topping, additional nutmeg
Carrots with Lemon and Parsley

- 1 pound Carrots; baby carrots if possible
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Parsley
- Salt and pepper

- 4 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
