One-Bowl Apple-Spice Bundt Butterscotch Glaze with Butterscotch Glaze

1 Heat oven to 325°F. Generously spray 10- or 12-cup fluted tube cake pan
- Cake:
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ spice cake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and chopped (2 cups)
- Butterscotch Glaze:
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 (14-ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 (3-ounce) box white chocolate instant pudding (can substitute vanilla or French vanilla instant pudding)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip Lite
Winter Luxury Pumpkin Crunch from Scratch

Pumpkin Layer: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Pumpkin Layer:
- 29 oz or roughly 3 1/2 c fresh pumpkin puree (Winter Luxury, Sugar Pie, or other baking variety of pumpkin)
- 1 1/3 c sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 12 oz can of evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Crunch or Crust Layer:
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c cake flour
- 1/3 c nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c chopped pecans (or macnuts or walnuts your preference)
- 1 c butter, melted
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- Cream Cheese Whipped Topping Layer:
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
