Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 scallion (green onion), chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped sun-dried tomatoes (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 -1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Turkey Paprikash Burgers on Pretzel Rolls

Preheat oven to 325°F. Preheat a cast-iron griddle or grill pan to medium-high
- 2 pounds ground turkey (blend of white and dark meat)
- 2 rounded tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 rounded tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon granulated onion, a scant palmful
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
- 3 tablespoons crème fraiche or sour cream
- 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 6 pretzel rolls (available from Whole Foods)
- Course sea salt (if not included in your pack of rolls)
- 6 slices extra-sharp cheddar
- Toppings: stemmed Romaine hearts, sliced tomatoes, onions, pickle stackers, brown mustard

1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
- 3/4 cup hot brewed espresso coffee or very strong coffee
- 2 tablespoons cognac
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cognac
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup cold whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons Dutch processed or regular unsweetened baking cocoa
- Chocolate-covered coffee beans
- 3 oz dark baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
Pasta with Broccoli Pesto

1. Put a couple inches of water into a large pot, set a steaming basket in it, and bring water to a boil
- 1 head broccoli, florets only
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup packed Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 1 cup packed basil
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice plus zest of 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 pound pasta

- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
