In a large bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix, sour cream, milk, and orange rind
- 1 (4-serving size) package vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons grated orange or lemon rind
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed (plus extra for garnish, if desired) (1 8-ounce container equals 3-1/2 cups)
- 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled, rinsed, and patted dry, plus extra for garnish
Bananas Foster Cinnamon Rolls Bread Pudding

- 3 tablespoons caramel topping
- 1/4 teaspoon rum extract

- 1/2 ripe medium banana, sliced
Portuguese Bean Soup

Put sausage, ham hock, and onion into a large sauce pot, add water
- 2 lbs Portuguese sausage, cut into 1/4-ince pieces
- 1 lb ham hock
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 quarts water
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
- 2 can (15 oz size) red kidney beans, including liquid
Sugar Dough For Cookies, Pies and Tarts

1. Blend the butter and margarine spread together (buy a healthy butter spread that does not have palm oil in it)
- 8 ounces butter
- 8 ounces margarine
- 8 ounces sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 ounces cake flour (if you don’t have cake flour use all purpose flour)
Barbeque Sauce

In med. saucepan, melt butter on medium heat
- 2 TBS. unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 TBS. chopped onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 TBS. lemon juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 TBS. granulated sugar
- 2 TBS cider vinegar
- 1 TBS. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tsp. Dry Mustard
- Black Pepper
Creamy Broccoli Soup

Saute the onions and butter on low to medium heat until the onions are tender
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz. cubed cream cheese
- dash of pepper
- 3/4 lb cubed Velveeta cheese
- 10 oz. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
Lemon Chicken with Broccoli

On a plate, combine 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper; add chicken and turn to coat
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp table salt, divided
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 12 oz uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s), thinly sliced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup(s) fat-free reduced sodium chicken broth, divided
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 1/2 cup(s) uncooked broccoli, small florets
- 2 tsp lemon zest, or more to taste*
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Citrus-Asian Slaw

In a large bowl, combine carrots, cabbage, radishes, jicama, scallions, mint and jalapenos
- 2 cup(s) shredded carrot(s)
- 2 cup(s) uncooked red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup(s) (sliced) fresh radish(es), daikon or red, shredded
- 1 cup(s) uncooked jicama, shredded
- 1/3 cup(s) uncooked scallion(s), chopped
- 3 Tbsp mint leaves, fresh, minced
- 2 medium jalapeño pepper(s), seeded and minced
- 2 Tbsp orange marmalade
- 4 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp table salt, or to taste
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Heavenly Freezer Cake

Arrange cake slices in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish
- 1 angel food cake, cut into 12 (1-inch) slices
- 1/2 gallon strawberry ice cream, cut into 12 slices
- 1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
