Partially bake pie pastry
- 1 pastry shell
- 1 T butter
- 2 T shallots, minced
- 1 c crabmeat
- 1 T flour
- 1 1/2 c swiss cheese, shredded/divided
- 3 eggs
- 1 c half & half
- 1/2 t salt
- dash white pepper or hot pepper sauce
- dash nutmeg
- minced parsley
Caramel Banana Tiramisu

Combine pudding mix and cold milk in a medium bowl and whisk to thicken
- Topping:
- 1 4 oz. pkg instant banana pudding
- 1 c cold milk
- 1 1/3 c Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip, divided
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 2 c whipped topping
- 30 Ladyfinger cookies
- 1 c orange juice
- 2 large ripe bananas, peeled & sliced
- 1 1/2 c whipped topping
- 1/4 c Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip
- Ground cinnamon
Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Onions

If you always serve green bean casserole, try these instead!
- 1 1/2 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 oz. bacon, diced
- 1 large onion, quartered and thinly sliced crosswise
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t freshly ground black pepper
- 2 T red wine vinegar (optional)
Navajo Fry Bread

- 3 cups unbleached flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp oil
Zucchini, Sauteed Sherry

Clean zucchini with vegetable brush, but do not peel
- 4 small zucchini
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1/4 cup California dry Sherry
Crab Rangoon Appetizers, Tropical

Heat oven to 400 deg. Spray pan
- 1 can pizza crust
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c mayo
- 2 green onions
- 1/2 t hot Chinese hot mustard
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
- 6 oz. crabmeat
- 1/4 c pineapple ice cream topping
- 2 c shredded monterey jack cheese
Baked Ziti

Cook ziti according to package directions
- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Mozarella cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lb ziti
- 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp salt
- parsley
- 2 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Coat an 11x8 pan with the butter
- 3 c stale French-bread, cubed
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 12 eggs
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 2 t dried tarragon
- 10 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 t paprika
- butter
- salt & pepper
Cream Cheese Frosting for Carrot Cake

Beat cream cheese, butter and orange peel in large bowl
- 8 oz. cream cheese, not softened
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 1 1/2 t grated orange peel
- 3 1/2 c conf. sugar

- 8 " pie shell
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb swiss cheese, grated
- 5 lg eggs
- 1 c milk
- Meat of choice - sausage, bacon, ham
- (enough to cover bottom of pie shell)
