Reese's Peanut Butter Twists

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Unwrap Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
- 1 bag small pretzels (twisted)
- 1 (13 oz.) bag miniature Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
- 1 (10 oz.) bag of M&M's
Cream Cheese-Coconut-Pecan Pound Cake

Beat butter & cream cheese until creamy
- 1 1/2 c butter, softened
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 3 c sugar
- 6 lg eggs
- 3 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 c bourbon
- 1 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1 c chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 c shredded coconut
Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp orange peel
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 cup chopped nuts (or raisins)
Southern Comfort Cake

Add everything except the walnuts to the bowl of a stand mixer
- Frosting:
- 2 boxes yellow cake mix
- 2 boxes vanilla pudding mix (I use the small box)
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup Southern Comfort
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups Southern Comfort
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
Honey Moon Rolls

Unroll crescent rolls; separate into triangles
- 8 oz. tube crescent rolls
- 4 oz. softened cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds

In saucepan, melt butter. Add onions and saute, whisk in flour
- 1 stick butter
- 2 T chopped onion
- 1/4 c flour
- 4 c milk
- 2 T chopped onion
- 2 t parsley
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1 lb crab meat
- 2 t chicken bouillion powder
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 t Old Bay
- 1/2 lb asparagus

- Pot herbs

Cream of Crab Soup

Cook onion in butter until transparent Add chicken stock and slowly pour in milk
- 1 small onion, finely minced
- 1 T butter
- 1 qt milk
- 1 c chicken stock
- 1 T parsley
- 1/2 t celery salt
- 1/2 t mace
- dash red pepper
- cracked pepper, salt to taste
- 1 lb crab meat
- 2 T flour
- 2 T cold water
- 1/4 c dry sherry
Cheesy Crab Squares

Unroll dough into 4 rectangles
- 2 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup salad dressing
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6-8 oz. imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1/3 cup green onion slices
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary

- 1 T chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 t garlic powder
