Ingredients

  • 1 can pizza crust
  • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/2 t hot Chinese hot mustard
  • 1/4 t garlic salt
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
  • 6 oz. crabmeat
  • 1/4 c pineapple ice cream topping
  • 2 c shredded monterey jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 deg. Spray pan. Unroll pizza dough on pan, press into 17x12 rectangle. Bake 7-9 mins. Beat cream cheese, mayo, mustard & garlic salt until smooth. Stir in water chestnuts & crabmeat. Spread mix over crust. Spoon small amounts of pineapple evenly over crab. Sprinkle with cheese and onions. Bake 12-15 mins. longer. Cool 5-10 mins. before cutting.
