Apple Walnut Cobbler

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Topping:
- 4 cps apples, sliced thin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup melted margarine
- 1 cup suagr
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Eggnog Bundt Cake

Arrange almonds on the bottom of a greased bundt pan
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 C sliced almonds
- 1/2 t ground nutmeg
- 2 T rum
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 C eggnong
- 1/4 C oil
Cream of Tomato & Basil Soup

In medium pot, sweat garlic and onion in olive oil until translucent
- 3 t olive oil
- 2 t garlic
- 3 1/2 T diced onion
- 4 T tomato paste
- 3 1/2 c diced tomatoes
- 1/2 c whipped cream
- 2 t basil
- salt & pepper to taste
- sugar to taste
Crabby Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs

Horseradish, Worcestershire, Tabasco, and celery seed really give a Bloody Mary flavor to this egg appetizer
- 1 Dozen Hard Cooked Eggs, peeled
- 1/2 cup Regular Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Prepared Horseradish
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Celery Seed
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 cup 1/4" Inch Dice Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Minced Celery
- 4 tsp Minced Pimiento Stuffed Green Olives
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Vodka
- 24 Cooked & Shelled Pieces Crab Meat
- 24 Tiny Celery Leaf Sprigs, from heart
Cream Puffs

Start oven at 425 deg. Grease cookie sheets
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 4 eggs
- Cream-Puff Custard Filling
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
- 3 T flour
- 3/4 t salt
- 3 c milk
- 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1 c heavy cream, whipped
- 2 t vanilla
Crumb Cake

Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and margarine together
- 1 pkg. butter cake mix
- 3 c flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 T cinnamon
- dash of salt
- 3 sticks margarine (melted)
Dip, BLT

Combine and serve with triangles of pita bread
- 1 lb. cooked bacon; chopped/crumbled
- mayo to taste
- 1 pint sour cream
- Diced fresh tomatoes
Shrimp Scampi

Clean and devein shrimp; split fantail fashion
- 20-24 large shrimp
- 8 oz. white wine
- 2 t oregano
- 1/4 lb melted butter
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
Lemon Bundt Cake

Cake: Adjust oven rack to lower middle position; heat oven to 350 degrees
- Glaze:
- Grated zest plus 3 T juice from 3 lemons
- 3 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 3/4 c buttermilk, preferably low fat
- 3 large eggs plus 1 large yolk, at room temperature
- 18 T (2 1/4 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 c sugar
- 2-3 T lemon juice
- 1 T buttermilk
- 2 c confectioners' sugar
Chinese Stir Fried Shrimp With Asparagus

Peel, devein and butterfly the shrimp, leaving tails intact
- 16 shrimp (jumbo, peeled deveined and butterflied)
- 1/2 lb asparagus (green)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 16 ginger (slices peeled)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp malt vinegar
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
