Soak the wooden skewers according to instructions
- Beef and Marinade:
- 1 1/4 lbs boneless beef sirloin steak
- 1 tsp. seasoned pepper blend
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice, concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 Tblsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. stone-ground mustard
- Orange Chili Sauce
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup margarine

- 1 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Zucchini "Apple" Pie

Unique way to prepare zucchini! Really does taste like apple pie
- 1 double pie crust
- 4 cups zucchini (peeled, seeded and sliced)
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 dash of salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 dash of nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp flour

Elegant Eggnog Dessert

Cut each cookie into two 2 1/2" sections; set aside
- 1 can (13 1/2 oz) Pirouette cookies
- 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 C butter, melted
- 2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 C cold eggnog
- 1 1/3 C cold whole milk
- 2 pkgs (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 t rum extract
- 1/8 t ground nutmeg
- 1 C heavy whipping cream
