Cream Cheese Cookies
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups flour
Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Mix well. Add flour and salt slowly and mix well.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Add small amounts of preserves, cherries, or nuts in center.
Bake at 375 deg. until light brown.
