Apple Harvest Bake

- Cinnamon Butter (recipe follows)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups peeled and chopped tart cooking apples
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Crab Stuffed Shells

Absolutely wonderful way to serve crabmeat!
- Stuffing:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/3 c sour cream
- 2 T green pepper
- 1 t worcestershire
- 3 T butter
- 1/3 c sharp cheese
- 2 T onion
- 1/2 lb crabmeat
- 1 box jumbo shells
- Sauce:
- 4 T butter
- 1/3 c flour
- 1 c chicken broth
- 2 c milk
- 1/2 lb crabmeat
- salt & peper
- crab seasoning
- paprika parsley
Asparagus & Parmesan Cream Pastry

Preheat oven to 400 deg. Remove pastry dough from freezer and let thaw for 10 minutes
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry dough
- 1 lb fresh asparagus spears
- 1 pg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp shaved Parmesan cheese

- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons anise extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon anise seeds

- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable mix
Layered Peppermint Cheesecake

1. Prepare Peppermint Cheesecake Layers: Preheat oven to 325 deg
- Peppermint Cheesecake Layers:
- 3 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 2/3 cup crushed hard peppermint candies
- Sour Cream Cake Layers:
- 1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- White Chocolate Mousse Frosting:
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup white chocolate morsels
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Garnishes:
- White chocolate curls
- peppermint candies
Pickles, Bread & Butter

Mix all ingredients in 2 quart microwave safe bowl
- 1 lg cucumber, sliced 1/4" thick (2 c)
- 1 med. onion, sliced thin (3/4 c)
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c white vinegar
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t mustard seeds
- 1/4 t celery seeds
- 1/4 t turmeric
Mandarin Orange Salad

Place lettuce in bowl. Add sugar coated almonds and mandarin oranges, drained

- 11 oz. mandarin oranges
- Vidalia onion
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce

- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (12 oz.) beer
- 1 (12 oz.) chili sauce
- 3/4 c packed brown sugar
