  • 1 lb skirt steak

Stuffing: In a large saute pan over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook the onion until soft, about 5-6 minutes

  • Stuffing:

  • 4 veal or pork chops, about 3/4 pound each and 1 1/4- 1 1/2" thick

  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
