Cilantro Butter

A nice compliment to all fish, whether baked, broiled, grilled, or fried
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- zest of 2 limes
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- big dash of Tabasco sauce
Whole30 Sweet Potato Hash

Combine and top with fried or poached eggs
- 1 cup master recipe of ground meat
- 1/8 tsp each paprika and cinnamon
- 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sauteed green bell peppers

- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
