Bacon Vinaigrette Dressing

- 1/4 cup each: water and vegetable oil

Simple Seafood Sauce

Brown garlic, onion and zucchini in olive oil and add salt, papper and basil and old bay seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, cut fine or crushed
- 1 Large onion, cut small
- 1 small green zucchini, diced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can anchovies
- 1 can white clam sauce
- 1/2 pound fresh or mock king crab legs
- 1 small can shrimp
- dash of salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- grated cheese to taste
