Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray
- 1 lb. elbow pasta
- 8 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 8 tbsp. flour
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. white pepper
Smoked Salmon Blini's

Combine both flours, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
- 1/3 cup buckwheat flour
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 extra-large egg
- 1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, clarified, divided
- 1/2 pound smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
- Fresh dill sprig, for garnish
Wendy’s Chili (Copycat)

In a heavy bottomed stockpot brown the ground beef
- 2 lbs ground beef 85/15
- 29 ounces canned tomato sauce
- 29 ounces canned kidney beans not drained
- 29 ounces canned pinto beans not drained
- 28 ounces canned tomatoes chopped (not drained)
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1 diced jalapeno de-seeded and de-veined
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
Sangria

Mix all ingredients – then add ice and fruit
- 1.5 liters Soleo Red Table Wine
- 10 oz. grenadine
- 16 oz. cranberry juice cocktail
- 12 oz. sweet vermouth
- 10 oz. sugar water
- Strawberries, oranges and crushed ice
Mediterranean Veggie Burgers

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F
- 2 (15 oz) cans low sodium garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/3 cup Once Again Organic Tahini
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach, defrosted
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf cilantro
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- Pan spray
Vegetable Broth

Add all the ingredients at once and place on a low boil for approximately 60 minutes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of winter squash cut into large cubes
- 1 cup of root vegetables: any of the following: turnips,
- parsnips, and rutabagas for sweetness
- 2 cups of chopped greens: any of the following: kale, parsley, beet greens, collard greens, chard, dandelion,
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/2 cup of cabbage
- 4 1/2-inch slices of fresh ginger
- 2 cloves of whole garlic (not chopped or crushed)
- Sea salt, to taste

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. paprika
