Cajun Chicken Fettuccine

ou can use uncooked chicken breasts instead of the rotisserie chicken
- 3 cups water
- 1 box Chicken Helper® fettuccine Alfredo
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium green or red bell pepper, cut into thin bite-size strips
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 3/4 cup tomato pasta sauce
- 3 cups cubed deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)

- 2 lemons, juice of 1/2 and 1 sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil, 4 turns of the pan
