Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cavatelli
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 lb Bacon/diced
  • 2 ears corn/cut from cob
  • 2 cloves garlic/sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes/cut in half
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • Parm/grated

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water for pasta. In a large saute pan add the olive oil, bacon and fry until crisp, about 3 minutes. Add the corn and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and garlic and cook for 4 minutes.
Boil noodles.
Add cavatelli to pan and toss with parsley, butter a pinch of salt and pepper and serve. Garnish with parm.
