- 1 lb. live mussels
- 1/3 cup salt
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine, chicken broth, or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. finely snipped parsley
- Freshly ground pepper
- Lemon wedges (optional)

Pizza Margherita is a pizza prepared according to a recipe of the Italian chef Raffaelle Esposito
- 2 * 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 * 1/2 lb. plum Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 * 1 clove garlic, crushed and finely chopped
- 1/2 * 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 * 1 12" uncooked NY Style dough crust
- 6 * 6 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 6 * 6 fresh basil leaves cut into julienne strips
- * extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
