  • 4-1/2 cups flour (6-3/4)
  • 1 lb ground walnuts
  • 1 cup hot milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 T butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • Combine and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Add eggs and cook slowly until thick. Add salt. Cool and spread on dough.
