Slow Cooked Chicken Cacciatore

- 3 lbs chicken parts (cut breasts in half)
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- Green peppers and onions
- 1 c dry red wine
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 24 oz tomato sauce
