Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread

Heat oven to 350°F. Cut each biscuit into quarters
- 2 (340 g each) cans refrigerated country biscuits
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 125 (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) g Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
Easy Chicken Parmesan

- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 6 tbsp. 100% parmesan grated cheese
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 c. kraft mozzarella shredded cheese.
Salmon Ball

In a large bowl, cream the cheese
- 15 oz red salmon drained
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 1/4 tsp tobasco sauce
- 1/2 c chopped parsley
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts
Spicy Chicken Rigatoni (Very Good)

In a sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 Tbs crushed red pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbs chopped garlic
- 6 oz chicken, sliced
- 3/4 cup. Marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 lb Rigatoni pasta, cooked according to package directions
- additional 1/2 t crushed red pepper (for garnish)
- Instead of buying alfredo and marinara sauce separately, Bertolli makes a Parm Rosa sauce you can use instead. Use 1 1/2 cups of it when the recipe tells you to add the marinara and alfredo sauces.
Oatmeal Lemon Creme Bars

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 8-inch square pan with cooking spray
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® oatmeal cookie mix
- 1 egg
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Very Good!
- 3-4 ripe bananas (approx 1 1/2 cups mashed)
- 6 Tbls butter softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 c light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 c flour, divided
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Reese's peanut butter chips
Chipits Rocky Road Bars

Place crisco in bottom of 13x9" pan
- 1/3 cup golden Crisco
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup pecan halves or walnuts
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut.
- 1 can (300ml) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Chipits semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Chipits Reese peanut butter chips
- Makes about 36 squares
Peanut Butter Cups (Shirley Bechard)

Mix above ingredients and knead till smooth Spread into 9 x 13 ungreased pan Melt chocolate chips and pour over mix
- 2-1/3 c icing sugar
- 2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c melted butter or margarine
- 1 c smooth peanut butter
- 1-1/2 c chocolate chips
Chocolate Mousse Cake IV

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Buffalo Chicken BLAT Wraps
