  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Homemade Zesty Italian Salad Dressing (recipe to follow)
  • slider rolls
  • dill pickle slices
  • shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/4 cup dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Italian Salad Dressing Mix to vinegar and oil, in a pint mason jar or resealable container. Chill and serve.

  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk, warmed to room temperature
  • For the Buttercream:
  • 4 and 1/2 sticks butter (or 1 pound, 2 ounces by weight), softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 8-9 cups confectioner's (powdered) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of half and half, plus more if needed
  • Optional:
  • Whole cinnamon sticks for garnish

  • Frosting:
  • 1 package (1 lb.) graham crackers
  • 2 small french vanilla instant pudding (3.4 ounces each)
  • 3 1/2 cups milk (I used skim)
  • 8 oz. Cool whip
  • 3 tablespoons of unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of butter (room temperature)
  • 3 tablespoons of warm milk
  • Mix above ingredients til smooth. Add more powdered sugar if you like the frosting a little thicker. If it's too thick, just add a little more milk
