Creamy Garlic-Cauliflower Bake

HEAT oven to 425°F. COOK cauliflower in boiling water in large saucepan 3 to 4 min
- 10 cups small cauliflower florets
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tubs (10 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
- 20 RITZ Crackers, coarsely crushed (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

- 4-5 cups apples, sliced
- 1 cup of oats
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup regular sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon

Martha's Spanish Rice and Sausage

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Bacon-Cheddar Pinwheels

Preheat the oven to 375°F
- 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent-roll dough
- 3/4 cup preshredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (4 ounces) bagged crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup prechopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Lemon Moist Cake

Mix first 5 ingredients all together
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
Mushroom Chicken Casserole (Very Good)

Saute sliced mushrooms and onion in oil over medium heat until golden - about 5 minutes
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 pt mushrooms diced
- 1 sm onion, chopped
- 1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c chicken broth
- 2 c diced, cooked chicken
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/2 c potato chips, crushed
Mexican Unstuffed Pepper Casserole

- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 each green and red pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups cooked long-grain white rice
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 cup Kraft Habanero Heat Shredded Cheese, divided
Coconut Banana Bread w/Lime Glaze

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 C flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 C sugar
- 1/4 C (4 Tbs) real butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 C mashed ripe bananas (about 4 large bananas)
- 1/4 C sour cream or plain yogurt
- 3 Tbs apple juice or milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 C coconut
- optional (if you have it, add it!): 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- Topping: 2 Tbs additional coconut
- Glaze: 1/2 C powdered sugar whisked with 1 1/2 Tbs fresh lime juice and optionally the zest from the lime as well.
Mom's No Bake Cheese Cake

Blend graham wafer crust ingredients thoroughly and press into 9 x 13 pan
- Graham wafer crust:
- 1-3/4 c fine wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c soft butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Second layer:
- 1 pkg whipping topping
- 1/2 c cold milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 8oz cream chesse
- 1/2 c icing sugar
- 1 19oz can cherry pie filling
Tex Mex Spaghetti Squash

- 1 large spaghetti squash
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 1/2 cups black beans
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno, deseeded and minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken - optional
- 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
