- 1/2 lb crisco
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 2 c oatmeal

Olive Garden Pasta E Fagioli

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well and set aside
- 1 cup ditalini pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 pound spicy Italian sausage, casing removed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 (16-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 (15-ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15-ounce) can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
Cinnamon Coffee Cake

In small bowl, combine yogurt and baking soda, mixing well; set aside
- 250 mL (1 cup) low-fat plain yogurt
- 5 mL (1 tsp) baking soda
- 50 mL (1⁄4 cup) soft margarine
- 250 mL (1 cup) lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 mL 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 375 mL (1 1⁄2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 10 mL (2 tsp) baking powder
- Topping
- 125 mL (1⁄2 cup) lightly packed brown sugar
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) cinnamon

- 2 lbs beef
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 can sm tomato paste
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 5-6 celery
- chili powder
- 2-3 peppers

- 1/2 packet onion soup mix
- 3/4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
Fiesta Meatloaf

Heat oven to 375°F. Mix first 5 ingredients and 1/4 cup salsa just until blended
- 2 (900 g) lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 (120 g) pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 cup salsa, divided
- 3/4 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
- 2 eggs
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c corn syrup
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/2 c walnuts
