Taffy Bark

Bring butter & brown sugar to a boil for 4 minutes
- 1 c butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- Soda crackers
- 1 c butterscotch chips

Mexican Rice

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 can (19 oz/540 mL) black beans or kidney beans, drained
- 1-1/2 cups each: instant white rice, tomato juice and frozen corn kernels

Crock Pot Beer Chicken

Place all ingredients in the crock pot, and cook on high for 4-5 hrs, or low for 6-8 hrs
- 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts (I used 8 breasts, 4oz ea)

- 1 tsp garlic powder
