Gum Drop Loaf

- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 oz. cream cheese (1/4 c.)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup gum drops - cut (mix with some flour)

Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips until smooth liquid Put 6 cups of Crispex in a container
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c peanut butter
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 6 c Crispex
- 2 c icing sugar
Aunt Pat's Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts

Wrap bacon around water chestnuts and bake 20 minutes @ 400 degrees
- This will fill a 9 x 13 pan, you can cut back to however much you want.
- 3 cans water chestnuts
- 1 lb bacon cut in thirds
- 3/4 cup chili sauce ( Don't use Willie's, I use Heinz )

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil or high quality vegetable oil*

- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 1/2 medium or 2 large bananas)
