  • 1/2 cup raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup raw hazelnuts
  • 1 cup raw almonds

  • 1 egg white

  • 1-1/2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt (plus 1 teaspoon for soaking water)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • I no longer use the egg white in this recipe and it remains just as crunchy

  • 1 Cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Avacado
  • 1/2 Cup of Chocolate Powder (I use Ovaltine)
  • 1/4 Cup of Instant Coffee
  • sweetener
  • 1-2 Cups of Ice
  • (add a variety of veggies for more nutrition, ....using the same vegetables I use in the chocolate veggie shake works great(see below)
