Spinach Sorbet

Blend on high for 60 to 90 seconds
- 1 banana
- 1/2 lemon (with seeds and peel, cut off thick rind on end)
- 1 cup of raw spinach
- 1/2 avacado peeled
- 1/4 c *sweetener
- 1/2 - 2 cups of ice (start with small amounts, increase as you go to make thicker)
Coconut Milk Pancake Recipe: a Tropical Breakfast Delight

Everyone loves pancakes! Pancakes are the kind of food that make one smile just thinking about them
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 ⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1⁄2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 ⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1 can coconut milk (14 oz.), shaken well (light or full fat)
- 2 tbsp. canola or vegetable oil, or melted coconut oil
- Fresh sliced fruit or toasted coconut shavings for topping
Spinach & Sausage Egg Muffins: Gluten, Dairy, & Nut Free

Pre-heat oven 375 degrees
- 1/4 – 1/2 lb pastured ground breakfast sausage (Depending on how much sausage you want in the muffins. I do make my own sausage blend and add it to plain ground pork.)
- 4 pastured eggs
- 1 1/2 TB whole milk or coconut milk if you are dairy free
- 1 TB organic olive oil
- 1/4 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Pepper to taste
- About a handful of spinach
- Shredded raw cheese of choice to top (optional)
Blood Orange Bourbon Coolers

Combine first 4 ingredients in an ice-filled pitcher
- 2 cups blood orange juice
- 1 to 2 cups bourbon
- 4 cups prepared lemonade
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- Blood orange bitters (optional)
- Garnish with blood orange slices
Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream (Raw & Vegan)

Instructions Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend thoroughly
- 2 cups cashew butter (raw is best)
- 1 cup coconut milk (canned or you can make your own)
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ginger
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp clove
How to Cook Millet Rice Cooker

Millet swells tremendously when cooked and makes a great alternative to oatmeal for breakfast
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked millet
- 3 cups water or organic vegetable broth (such as Pacific Natural Foods)
- Pinch of unrefined sea salt
Vanilla Chia Pudding (Vegan)

Instructions Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until a uniform texture is achieved
- Serves 1
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Ranch Dressing

Combine all ingredients together and mix well
- 2 tablespoons dried Parsley
- 2 tablespoons dried Chives
- 2 tablespoons Onion Powder or Granulated Onion
- 1 tablespoon dried Dill Weed
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder or Granulated Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Sea Salt, finely ground
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper, finely ground
Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream (Dairy-free)

Break the frozen bananas into chunks and toss them into a mini food processor, along with the peanut butter
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 Tablespoons organic natural peanut butter
- water, if needed to facilitate blending
Simple Oil-Free Dressing

- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 teaspoons stone-ground mustard (or Dijon)
- 4-5 drops liquid stevia, to taste (or honey)
