- 2 to 3 large stalks rhubarb
- 1 (16-ounce) package strawberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Juice of 1/2 an orange
- 1 cup water
Tahini Miso Dressing & Sauce

Whirl everything in your blender until saucey and use over salad, use as a veggie dip (my family LOVES it this way)...
- 1/4 cup raw organic tahini
- 2 T light chickpea miso (can also use traditional miso)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Water to achieve desired consistency (usually a 1/4 cup)
Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour (to make gluten free, sub gluten free flour and add an egg)
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup pureed pumpkin
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1-2 T almond milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves

So even if you don’t have a special someone to make this for this Valentine’s Day, you actually do
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries preferably organic
- 1 cup raw shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup maple syrup not raw but only forms a small part of the recipe
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pinch salt always use Himalayan or celtic sea salt, never table salt
- 200 grams cacao butter
- 60 grams raw cacao powder
- 100 grams coconut sugar
- 10 grams Sunwarrior Protein Powder optional

Lemon Vinaigrette

- 2 TB sea salt
- 1 TB oregano
- 1 TB parsley
- 1 TB organic pure cane sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- Italian Dressing:
- 2 TB Italian dressing season mix from above
- 1/4 cup organic white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup organic olive oil
- 3 TB filtered water

- 3 Bananas

- 1/2 cup and 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tablespoons raw honey
- 8 dates

Sweet & Savory Sweet Potato Biscuits: Gluten & Nut Free with Egg & Dairy Free Options

This biscuit is one of my staples to have around because it is so versitile
- 1 1/2 cups cooked sweet potato puree (I just steam up a cubed sweet potato and throw 2 cups of them into the processor and it makes the perfect amount pureed.)
- 1/2 cup soft butter or coconut oil
- 1 egg (If you are egg free use an egg replacer egg or flax egg)
- 1/3 cup whole milk or BPA free coconut milk
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 1 cup white rice flour
- 1/2 cup sorghum flour, or brown rice flour, or blanched almond flour (do NOT choose the almond flour if you are nut free!)
- 1/4 cup sucanat or organic pure cane sugar (I think honey would work too)
- 1 TB cinnamon
- 2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
“El Cubano” Pineapple Morning Cleansing Juice

Process all ingredients through your juicer (I use an Omega)
- One -quarter pineapple
- Half cucumber
- Half lemon (yellow peel removed)
- 6-8 sprigs of mint (optional)
