Braised Brussel Sprouts With Pine Nuts

- 1 lb. brussels sprouts, halved or quartered, depending on size
- pine nuts (raw or minimally roasted)
- 2 gloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbs. olive oil

- 1/2 C. tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled
- 6 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 t. cumin
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 2 - (19 oz. cans) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
Champ-Irish Mashed Potatoes

- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and halved
- 1 cup milk
- 1 bunch green onions/scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Herb Roasted Turkey Breast

- 1 whole bone-in turkey breast (6.5-7 lbs.)

Fresh Tomato & Chile Salsa

In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, chiles, and lime juice
- 1 lb. ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1/3 cup finely chopped white onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- Sea salt to taste
Three Cheese Tomato Tart
