Sweet Potato Biscuits

Heat oven to 450°F. Stir all ingredients until soft dough forms
- 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup mashed cooked sweet potato
- 1/2 cup milk
Chai Tea Applesauce

- 2 pounds Apples, peeled, cored and cut into chunks (I like a combo of Pink Lady, Granny Smith and Honey Crisp)
- 3-4 Chai Tea bags
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- splash of lemon juice
Bacon-Cheddar Pinwheels

1. Heat oven to 350°F. If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate into 2 long rectangles
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated Crescent Dough Sheet
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup cooked real bacon pieces or 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (4 medium)
Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Puree peppers in a blender or food processor (if a blender, keep the lid onset off)
- 4 roasted red peppers, peeled and seeded
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red vinegar
- 3 gloves garlic, mashed (or 1/2 tsp minced dried garlic)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt (a bit less if you use regular salt)
- 1/2 can white (cannelini) beans
No-Boil Butternut Squash Lasagna

1. Heat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 baking dish; set aside
- 1.25 lbs sweet Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
- 1 jar Dave's Gourmet Butternut Squash pasta sauce
- 1 10 oz package frozen winter squash, thawed
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 15 oz part-skim ricotta cheese
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 3 cups flaked coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Key Lime Pie
