Sausage Jambalaya Recipe

In heavy skillet, saute the sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender
- 12 small Johnsonville® Smoked Sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 1 cup finely chopped green pepper

Cashew Chicken

In a medium bowl, toss the chicken with the cornstarch to coat
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces (whites and greens separated)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3/4 cup toasted cashews
- Cooked rice for serving
