Fluffy Pineapple Torte

Combine crumbs, butter and sugar; press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbs sugar

Salmon New Orleans

1. In a small bowl stir together all cajun seasoning ingredients and set aside
- 4 6-oz. salmon fillets
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 8 TBS butter, divided
- 2 TBS honey
- Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Creamy Pineapple Squares

Combine crumbs, 2 tbsp. sugar, nuts, and butter
- 3/4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped, toasted walnuts
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes
Stir-Fry Sauce

In a small bowl, combine chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, and ginger
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 tbs cornstarch
- 3 tbs. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Linguine with White Clam Sauce

Heat butter and olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add garlic
- 5 tbs butter
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 3 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 7-ounce cans minced clams
- 16 ounces linguine
- 1 tbs lemon juice
Hot Wassail

This recipe comes from the Bank of the SW in Houston, Texas
- 2 quarts sweet apple cider
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp whole cloves
Southwestern Chicken

Place chicken, taco seasoning, and the salsa into a slow cooker in the order listed
- 2 lbs. Chicken (Boneless, skinless)
- 1 packet taco seasoning1
- 1 jar salsa (your choice, I use mild)
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can corn (rinsed)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
Quick spaghetti Sauce

Add all the ingredients together and stir
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 tbsp. dried onion
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Creamy White Chili

In a large saucepan, saute the chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 cans (15 1/2 ounces each) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
- 2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
