- 1lb or 1 bundle asparagus, rinsed
- 3 TBS butter, divided
- 3 TBS olive oil, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 1/2 TBS)
- 1 lb. large shrimp peeled and deveined (16-20 or 21-25 count)
- Sea salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice from 1 large or 2 small lemons
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley finely chipped
- 1 TBS grated lemon zest
- Grated parmesan to serve
Grape Pecan Chicken Salad

1. Stir together the chicken, celery, grapes, and pecans
- 6 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 2-3 stalks of celery, chopped fine
- 4 cups halved red seedless grapes
- 1 cup finely diced fresh dill
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds

Whisk together eggs and milk; then stir in bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and mushrooms in a large bowl
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup seasoned dried bread crumbs
- 2 tsp dried minced onion
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
- 2 large eggs
