- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel

Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole

Combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese and bacon in a large bowl
- 5 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic salt

- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
